About

I'm BM, a Senior QA Engineer. I've enjoyed being the first QA in all my organisations, tasked with setting up QA Process, setting the testing frameworks from scratch. Leading and advocating for strict quality measures.

My work has grown from testing, finding defects to owning adjacent responsibilities, being involved in product making decisions.

How I got here

2025–2026
Canary TechnologiesHospitality added payment terminals, room-key hardware, and hotel management systems to the journey. I worked across enterprise Kiosk QA, customer issue handling, automation, test environments, and automated check-in.
2019–2025
EkAnek NetworksCommerce expanded my work across mobile, web, and APIs. Alongside testing and automation, I led and mentored QA engineers, supported frequent app releases, and used performance and production signals to help engineering investigate problems.
2018–2019
Juggernaut BooksPublishing brought mobile and web automation, performance testing, and the rules behind access to digital books. A licensing defect I found before launch could have allowed unauthorized book access—a concrete lesson in how a small integration gap can undermine the product’s business model.
2016–2018
EbizonI started with the full testing lifecycle: understanding requirements, designing test cases, reporting defects, and making progress visible to clients and teams.

The products changed. The responsibility grew: understand the risk, build a useful way to test it, and help the team act on what we learn.
